Yearly Device Insurance Information

YEARLY DEVICE INSURANCE

 

  • The yearly device insurance fee is $15, cash or check only. (no cards)
     

  • Students who pay the yearly insurance are allowed to take their device home at night, on weekends, over breaks, and over the summer. 

    • Students who pay insurance also receive a discount on device repair and replacement costs for most accidental damages.
       

  • Seated and Blended students who choose to opt out of the insurance will have their device placed in daily check-in/check-out. 

    • Students who opt out of the insurance are not allowed to take their school-issued device home. They can only use it at school during school hours.
       

  • All students enrolled at WCHS must turn in a device insurance agreement each school year, whether or not they choose to purchase the insurance for that school year.
